'Normal'funds can be used vs cyberattacks

SEN. Francis Joseph 'Chiz' Escudero on Tuesday said there is no need for the government to use confidential funds to build a 'credible firewall' against cyberattacks.

The senator said 'ordinary' funding can be used to set up cybersecurity measures to thwart attacks on government websites.
