SEN. Francis Joseph "Chiz" Escudero on Tuesday said there is no need for the government to use confidential funds to build a "credible firewall" against cyberattacks.
The senator said "ordinary" funding can be used to set up cybersecurity measures to thwart attacks on government websites.
