QUEZON City Mayor Joy Belmonte and Malabon City Mayor Jeannie Sandoval were the best-performing local executives in the National Capital Region (NCR), based on the latest independent, non-commissioned "Boses ng Bayan" survey of the RP-Mission and Development Foundation Inc. (RPMD).
RPMD's third quarter survey, conducted from Sept. 20 to 30, 2023, showed that Belmonte and Sandoval led the rankings with close scores of 94 percent and 93.1 percent, respectively.
