THE city government of Tacloban is preparing to mark the 10th annual commemoration of the landfall of Typhoon "Yolanda" (international name: Haiyan) with a range of events and activities organized to honor and remember the resilience of its people and the progress attained since the disaster struck.
On Wednesday, November 8, commemorative activities will focus on "a celebration of life and thanksgiving."
