Mutilated body parts found in Iloilo

ILOILO CITY: Mutilated human body parts were discovered in two separate areas of this city on Monday morning, November 6.

The Iloilo City Police Office (ICPO) said it received a report from a farmer that he found a pair of human hands severed from the elbow along the roadside in Zone 2, Barangay Ticud, La Paz, Iloilo, at around 6:10 a.m.
