Bishop voices disgust over BSKE violations

LEGAZPI CITY: A bishop here has expressed disgust over what he called partisan politics and failure of the Commission on Elections (Comelec) to check alleged massive vote-buying during the Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections (BSKE).

Bishop Joel Baylon of the diocese of Legazpi expressed his disappointment through an open letter read before the Sunday masses across the Albay province.
