SC asked to declare unconstitutional transfer of P125M confidential funds to OVP

MANILA, Philippines: A petition was filed before the Supreme Court on Tuesday to declare the transfer of ₱125 million confidential funds to the office of Vice President Sara Duterte unconstitutional.

Lawyer Barry Gutierrez, the spokesman of former vice president Maria Leonor 'Leni' Robredo, and others also want the OVP to return the money to the government treasury.
