THE Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) reminded consumers that cashless or the use of digital payments does not mean the end of using physical currency.
Edna Villa, BSP senior assistant governor, said that the country's pursuit of digital transformation through the use of digital payments is not a threat to the country's currency.
