Razon daughter joins Manila Water board

MANILA Water Co. Inc. has appointed Maria Katrina Razon, the daughter of chairman Enrique Razon Jr., as a member of its board of directors.

'Please be informed that the board of directors approved the election of Ms. Katrina Maria S. Razon as a director of the company effective November 3, 2023, to fill a vacancy in the board,' the firm said in a disclosure on Monday.
