CAGAYAN de Oro City, Philippines: What came about in a tournament in Misamis Occidental last July took a similar sequence on Saturday, November 4, as International Master Joel Pimentel of Bacolod City and local boy Johnnel Balquin posted a 1-2 finish in the finale of the nationwide Rising Chess Unlimited here at the Limketkai Center.
