THE town of Kiamba in Sarangani province, along with all of its beaches, became the first town in Mindanao to be declared smoke and vape-free.
Mayor George Falgui said his wish for his municipality is to be smoke-free to protect the health of his constituents, especially those who are nonsmokers, from tobacco-related diseases.
