MANILA, Philippines: THE Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said on Monday that the easterlies, winds coming from the east that pass through the Pacific Ocean and bring warm and humid weather, are affecting areas in Visayas and Mindanao.
Weather specialist Obet Badrina said the northeast monsoon meanwhile will bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains in Batanes and Babuyan Islands in Northern Luzon.
