Barangay chief to donate salary to 400 senior citizens

CANDABA, Pampanga: The newly elected barangay captain of Barangay Vizal San Pablo in the town of Candaba, Pampanga, said he would donate his monthly salary to the Senior Citizens Association in the village.

This was the promise of Rey Baylon, 52, to the more than 400 senior citizens of Vizal San Pablo after he was officially proclaimed the new barangay chief.
