17 Chinese nabbed in Iloilo cybersex raid

ILOILO CITY: Seventeen Chinese linked to a cybersex operation were arrested in a raid in Lawaan Village, Barangay Balantang, Jaro, in this city early Saturday, November 4.

The Iloilo City Police Office-City Intelligence Unit (ICPO-CIU) and the Philippine National Police's Anti-Cybercrime Group conducted the raid for alleged violations of Section 4 (C) (1) of Republic Act 10175 or 'The Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012.'
