Competition heats up for PH software developers

COMPETITION is growing in the Philippines for software developers, and companies are having to find new ways to attract the best talent in the space as we head into the end of the year.

According to the latest data released by the Philippine Statistics Authority in September, software engineers came in second only to pilots, beating out statisticians and accountants among the highest-paid workers in the country.
