Marcos, Kishida discuss devt assistance, security concerns

(UPDATE) PRESIDENT Ferdinand Marcos Jr. on Friday welcomed Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida to Malacañang, with the two leaders expected to reaffirm the two countries' bilateral ties.

Kishida arrived at the palace with his wife, Yuko.
