Filipinas fail to get Olympic ticket at qualifiers

MANILA, Philippines: The Philippine women's football team faltered in their bid to secure a spot in the 2024 Paris Olympics after getting eliminated in the second round in the qualifying round.

The 3-0 victory of Uzbekistan against India in their Group C game formally closed the Olympic door for the Filipinas.
