A NEWLY elected village council member was shot dead by his cousin in Midsayap, North Cotabato on Wednesday morning, police said.
LtCol. John Miridel Calinga, town police chief, said the victim, Suharto Antilino, was a newly proclaimed councilor of Barangay Poblacion 3 in Midsayap town.
