Flag carrier Philippine Airlines elevates its Premium Economy (PECY) class of service. On select flights to Tokyo (Narita, Japan) starting November, PAL will offer new and exclusive privileges to Premium Economy flyers.
This is also the first time that PAL is offering PECY seats for Narita-bound passengers.
