Quezon City's 2nd Most Wanted Man Falls

MANILA, Philippines: The second most wanted person in Quezon City has been arrested, police said on Thursday. THE Quezon City Police District (QCPD) on Thursday announced the arrest of a man said to be the city's second most wanted person who has been facing a statutory rape.

BGen. Redrico Maranan, QCPD director, identified the suspect as Rey John Abello, 24, of Barangay Damayang Lagi.
