Writing the research script: The Methodology

Third of a series

YOU have successfully rewritten, according to research standards, Chapter 2 of your thesis/dissertation, which you wrote for your proposal defense. You improved the synthesis of your literature review. You combined the information from the sources you reviewed and added your own analysis of the sources. Unlike summarizing — simply presenting the key points of each source reviewed — you did much brain work to synthesize to show how ideas from your various sources relate. Having done a good job with your literature review, you are ready to do Chapter 3 — The Methodology.
