AbaCore OKs sale of subsidiaries

ABACORE Capital Holdings Inc. said its board of directors had greenlit the sale of its subsidiaries, which owned more than 10 hectares of property in Batangas.

'In a regular board meeting held [last Friday], the board approved the sale of subsidiaries owning 10.1 hectares of land located in San Salvador, Lipa City, Batangas, valued at P60.70 million,' AbaCore said in a filing with the stock exchange last Tuesday.
