THE Department of Labor and Employment (DoLE) recognized 10 Public Employment Service Offices (PESO) and Job Placement Offices for being its frontline partners in promoting productive employment at the local level during the 23rd National PESO Congress, held in Palo, Leyte, from October 25 to 27.
