LEGAZPI CITY: The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) in Region 5 will dispatch at least 500 personnel to 23 Motorist Assistance Centers (MACs) along the national road in the Bicol Region starting on Tuesday to assist road users during the observance of All Saints' Day and All Souls' Day.
DPWH-Bicol spokesman Lucy Castañeda said in a phone interview on Monday their maintenance engineers will ensure that the national road network and the connecting roads that lead to public and private cemeteries are well-maintained for safe and uninterrupted transport flow.
