DAGUPAN CITY: Gov. Ramon Guico 3rd advised the candidates in Pangasinan to be "good sport" if they fail in the Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections (BSKE).
"Resorting to any form of violence is not worth it," said Guico after casting his vote at the Binalonan South Central School in Binalonan town at about 10:30 a.m. on Monday, October 30.
