PRESIDENT Ferdinand Marcos Jr. on Monday vowed to ramp up government efforts to address vote buying, one of the perennial problems during elections.
Marcos made the remark after receiving reports on vote buying in different parts of the country, including his home province of Ilocos Norte, the night before the 2023 Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections (BSKE).
