GOCC subsidies up in September

SUBSIDIES to government-owned and -controlled corporations (GOCCs) rose in September from a month earlier, Treasury bureau data showed.

Based on the agency's latest cash operations report, the budgetary support of P21.624 billion for GOCCs last month was 12.33 percent higher than August's P18.929 billion.
