IN a showcase of unity and dedication to community partnership, the United Architects of the Philippines (UAP) Pasig Kapitolyo Chapter and the Department of Social Welfare and Development-National Capital Region (DSWD-NCR) came together for a significant event that encompassed a range of initiatives aimed at transforming lives for a community that is very close to the heart of the Pasig Kapitolyo architects. Since the time of its chartering in 2019, it has committed to helping DSWD in its undertaking as a government institution whose mission is to foster children up for adoption.

The series of events were held on Aug. 23, 2023, at two locations — the DSWD RSCC Compound in Bago Bantay, Quezon City, and the Amrak Music Hall on Eugenio Lopez Drive in Timog, Quezon City. It brought together members of the UAP Pasig Kapitolyo Chapter, officials from DSWD-NCR, and the children of the Reception Study Center for Children (RSCC) for a day filled with meaningful activities.
