CDO warns against using 'Holiday Ham' brand

FOODSPHERE Inc., the manufacturer of CDO food products, on Monday issued a stern warning against firms using the 'Holiday Ham' brand for their products.

Foodsphere, which owns the exclusive right to the 'Holiday' brand, said using the trademark violates its intellectual property rights, which can compel the company to resort to civil, criminal and administrative actions.
