THE Cooperative Development Authority and the Social Housing Finance Corp. (SHFC) signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) last Oct. 11, 2023 where the two agencies agreed to collaborate in harmonizing their policies with respect to the monitoring of housing cooperatives and the membership of Cooperative Housing vis-à-vis the masterlist of member-beneficiaries of SHFC.
