THE City of Ilagan in Isabela province has started to make big strides in becoming the leading corn silage and dairy processing hub in collaboration with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).
In advancing the industries, Manilyn Ponce, DTI Region 2 information officer, said the DTI Isabela provincial office visited the Corn Silage and Dairy Processing Center (CSDPC) in this city to explore avenues for further assistance and collaboration between the DTI and the city government.
