Postponed BSKE reels off today

SUPPOSED to be held last December, the Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections (BSKE) finally reels off today, October 30, with the Commission on Elections (Comelec) predicting the vote to be peaceful and honest.

Last year's BSKE was scrapped over questions of legality. The Supreme Court finally ruled that the polls proceed today out of legal practicality and necessity.
