DEPARTMENT of Labor and Employment (DoLE) Secretary Bienvenido Laguesma called for a collective action to generate more jobs and employment opportunities despite a marked increase in the country's employment rate across several industries.
He particularly directed his challenge to DoLE's social partners, including the local government units (LGUs), through their respective Public Employment Service Offices (PESOs).
