Cone awaits FIBA verdict on Brownlee

LIKE the rest of the basketball-crazy Filipinos, Tim Cone is waiting for the official sanction the FIBA (International Basketball Federation) will mete on Gilas Pilipinas naturalized player Justin Brownlee.

The 35-year-old Brownlee flunked the anti-doping test after being tested positive for carboxy-THC, a substance linked to cannabis use during Gilas' historic run in the Asian Games men's basketball gold in Hangzhou, China.
