Voter accuses village chief

A RESIDENT of Barangay Masagana in Pandi, Bulacan, has filed a Petition for Disqualification on Friday, October 27, before the Commission on Elections (Comelec) against the incumbent village chief for alleged violation of the Omnibus Election Code.

In the five-page complaint affidavit, Manilyn Goc-ong accused barangay captain Francisco 'Kikoy' Sandil of vote-buying in relation to the Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections (BSKE) on Monday, October 30.
