HIGH chances of rain are expected east of Southern Luzon due to the northeast monsoon, or amihan, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said Saturday, October 28.
It added that cloudy skies and downpours are expected in the entire Bicol Region and Quezon province, while the rest of Luzon can expect fair weather conditions on Sunday, except for the chances of isolated light rains.
