Quimbao logs triple-double as La Salle downs NU for third straight win

Kevin Quiambao further solidified his case as the UAAP Season 86 MVP front-runner, logging a triple-double as La Salle took its third straight win after dispatching National University, 88-78, at the Mall of Asia Arena on Saturday, October 28.

Quimbao notched 17 points 14 assists, and 11 rebounds as he became the first player to record a triple-double in UAAP men's basketball since UP Fighting Maroon CJ Cansino, then playing for UST, dropped 20 points, 14 rebounds, and 10 assists on October 28, 2018.
