A surprise vehicle inspection and random drunk and drug tests are conducted by operatives of the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA), Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) and Philippine National Police (PNP) at the Parañaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX) on Saturday, Oct. 28, 2023.
