'Amihan' to bring rain in Southern Luzon, fair weather over rest of PH -- Pagasa

PARTS of Southern Luzon are expected to experience heavy rain on Saturday due to the northeast monsoon or 'amihan,' the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said.

Affected areas are the Bicol region and Quezon province. The rest of Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao however, can expect generally fair weather with isolated rain showers and thunderstorms, Pagasa said.
