POLICE have filed multiple murder and double frustrated murder charges before the city prosecutor's office on Wednesday, October 25, against a candidate for village chairman, a police officer and 10 others for the killing of three men in Cotabato City, including two candidates for village council members.
Cpt. Jemu Ramolete, chief of Cotabato City Police Station 1, said two of those charged are Juhalidin Ladesla Abdul, a candidate for village chief, and MSgt. Pauti Dianal Mamalapat of the Maguindanao del Sur police office, both of Barangay Rosary Height 12.
