PRESIDENT Ferdinand Marcos Jr. has allowed a work-from-home arrangement for government employees and asynchronous classes for public schools on Tuesday, October 31.

The President, through Executive Secretary Lucas Bersamin, signed Memorandum Circular 38 on Friday, allowing the setup.
