(UPDATE) THE Northern Police District (NPD) on Wednesday arrested a 51-year-old woman from Malabon City allegedly caught handing envelopes with P300 cash each to 200 registered voters inside an old warehouse in Navotas City.
NPD Director BGen. Rizalito Gapas reported Thursday the suspect, Maribel Eugenio Policarpio, of Barangay Tugatog, Malabon City, has been detained at the Navotas police headquarters.
