Leyte governor worried over series of shootings

TACLOBAN CITY: Leyte Gov. Carlos Jericho Petilla voiced concern on Wednesday, October 25, over a series of shooting occurrences in the 3rd district, some of which resulted in the deaths of the victims.

Petilla said that as part of the actions, he directed the provincial police command to focus on the 3rd district in relation to the conduct of the Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections (BSKE) on Monday, October 30.
