Comelec set to annul proclamation of Jalosjos

(UPDATE) THE controversial congressional dispute in the 1st district of Zamboanga del Norte between former representative Romeo Jalosjos Jr. and political rival Robert 'Pinpin' Uy Jr. is finally over.

Commission on Elections (Comelec) chairman George Erwin Garcia said on Wednesday, October 25, that they will abide by the ruling of the Supreme Court declaring Uy as the duly elected representative of the 1st district of Zamboanga del Norte.
