SEVEN groups have expressed interest in bidding for the right to rehabilitate and run the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA), the Transportation department said on Wednesday.
South Korea's Incheon International Airport Corp. was the latest entity that bought bid documents for the P170.6-billion privatization project, Transportation Secretary Jaime Bautista said.
