NCAA: Pirates outlast Heavy Bombers in overtime

Lyceum of the Philippines University relied on Vince Cunanan and Enoch Valdez in overtime as it eked out a vengeful 99-96 victory over Jose Rizal University on Tuesday to get back on track in NCAA Season 99 at the Filoil EcoOil Arena.

The uncanny duo combined for 11 of the Pirates' 12 points in extra time in arresting their alarming three-game slide and claiming their seventh win that got them back in the hunt.
