THE state-run weather agency said on Wednesday that it is closely monitoring cloud clusters outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) which may develop into a low pressure area (LPA).
Weather specialist Obet Badrina of the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said, however, that the cloud formations have a slim chance of forming into another weather disturbance in the coming days.
