TWO Chinese firms are considering investing some $4 billion in wind power ventures in the Philippines, a senior Trade department official said on Tuesday.
"These two Chinese firms that are coming in, they are related to wind power generation equipment, specifically power, turbine and blades, and both have already visited here in the Philippines," Board of Investments (BoI) managing head Ceferino Rodolfo told reporters.
