SOUTH Pacific International Container Terminal (SPICT), a unit of International Container Terminal Services Inc. (ICTSI) at the Port of Lae, Papua New Guinea, is expanding its operations with the acquisition of two brand-new Mitsui hybrid rubber-tired gantries (RTG).
"[W]e are very excited to receive these hybrid RTG cranes, which show SPICT's ongoing efforts to reduce its carbon footprint from yard operations," Robert Maxwell, ICTSI South Pacific chief executive, said.
