Suspects in CdO massacre identified

CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY: Law enforcers here have identified the persons of interest (POI) who may have been responsible for the massacre of a family of five in an uptown village here on October 11.

LtCol. Ivan Viñas of the Cagayan de Oro City Police said that investigators managed to zero in on the suspects based on interviews of neighbors and the police blotter filed by one of the victims.
